I've always wanted to create a website where I can write about whatever happens to be on my mind.
I've always found the idea of Geocities fascinating, and it's a shame that as the internet evolved and social media took over,
people moved away from personal, self-made websites and towards identical, cookie-cutter profiles on platforms like Facebook.
Maybe nobody will ever find this website. Maybe nobody will ever read a single thing I post here. But that's the beauty of it - it doesn't matter.
The core concepts (right now, anyway...):
I wont be using any form of Content Management System. I want to make this website by hand. Its back to basics with
HTML, CSS and a bit of JS thrown in.

questions if I get stuck, or for inspiration, but it will be my words and my code, written by me.
Geocities and 90's websites were the foundation of the internet age. I want this website to
take things back to a simpler time where it was less about flashy frameworks and more about
the content.
I want this site to follow old school conventions, but using modern techiques. It should be
accessibile and easy to use. No flashy GIFs on every page...
